• Optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Job Requirements What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial or related)
• 2–5 years of experience in plastics manufacturing
• Knowledge of injection molding or extrusion processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
