✅ Job Description:

1. Output: Ensure order quantity fulfillment, continuously analyze and improve using Man-Machine-Material-Method-Environment (4M1E) analysis, exceed annual targets, and achieve 100% fulfillment rate.

2. Quality: Implement the Huangdao rollers quality system on the assembly line, reduce engineering defects to less than 2%, and ensure zero zero-batch manufacturing accidents.

3. Efficiency: Establish internal efficiency competition mechanism, continuously improve employee average efficiency, and work toward zero overtime vision.

4. Personnel Management: Continuously train, motivate, communicate with, and guide subordinates to enhance team cohesion, competitiveness, and innovation. Create a positive working atmosphere and strive to be the best employee morale team and production line.

🎯 Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechatronics)
– 5 years of experience in production / assembly engineering
– Previous experience in Home Appliances industry is preferred
– Good command of English (reading & writing technical documents)
– Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving skills
– Ability to handle work pressure
– Diligent, proactive, responsible, and trustworthy
