Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the full filling and packaging process from work order release to final product delivery and closure.
• Ensure availability, accuracy, and readiness of all production materials, documentation, and approved packaging equipment prior to operation.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, GDP, ISO standards, Line Clearance requirements, and quality procedures throughout all production stages.
• Monitor production performance to achieve planned quantities with high quality while minimizing losses, deviations, and downtime.
• Lead, train, and evaluate filling and packaging operators, ensuring adherence to PPE, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare and submit production reports, update production systems, and coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Agriculture or Science
- Min. 2 years of related experience in Cosmetics
or Pharmaceuticals Industry
- Strong Knowledge of
- Good English Language
