Maintenance Operations Coordinator At GT


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, organize, and prioritize incoming maintenance tickets.
  • Dispatch maintenance technicians to required locations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up on ongoing tasks to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

  • This role follows Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  • Working hours in Egypt:
  • 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM, or
  • 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
