Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Mechanical Tendering Team Leader will lead tendering activities for mechanical works
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the mechanical tendering team
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Identify risks and value engineering opportunities
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- +10 years of experience in Mechanical Tendering (MEP / Construction)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Previous team leadership experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
