We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Engineer who can control cost, optimize procurement, and drive profitability across real construction projects.
🔹 The Role
-Own cost estimation and procurement strategy for high-value projects, ensuring strong cost control and commercial efficiency.
-This is a hands-on role with real impact — not just reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Lead cost estimation for Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP works
-Prepare BOQs, budgets, and tender submissions aligned with market conditions
-Manage procurement activities and support supplier and subcontractor selection
-Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best value and cost efficiency
-Monitor market prices, materials, and trends
-Identify and proactively control cost risks
-Oversee procurement cycle from specs to awarding
-Work on projects including malls, villas, and high-end finishing

🔹 Requirements
-6–8 years of experience in Estimation & Procurement (construction / MEP)
-Experience in malls, villas, and finishing projects
-Engineering degree (Civil / Arch / Mechanical / Electrical)
-Strong AutoCAD & Excel skills
-Good knowledge of contracts, vendors, and cost control
-Strong analytical and decision-making skills
