El-Ethad Contracting & Engineering is hiring a Senior Tender & Procurement Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in Tendering & Procurement within construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, specifications, and market prices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and tender analysis tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns.
• Manage procurement activities for construction projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Evaluate technical and financial offers and prepare comparison sheets.
• Participate in contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, Site, and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, specifications, and timelines.
