Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with company workflows and ERP system.
- Lead negotiations & evaluation on pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with different suppliers & subcontractors.
- Initiate & lead negotiating for signing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Managing resources and defining deadlines to ensure all procurement activities are completed on time.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical office, finance and other stakeholders to plan & fulfill all projects’ requirements for technical & commercial terms.
- Build multiple suppliers & Subcontractors list for each category.
- Periodic reporting updates for ongoing/ finished tasks in terms of tracking, financial analysis & suppliers/SCs evaluation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 10-12 years of direct procurement experience in construction industry including min 3-5 years experience in same required position.
