Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential suppliers and sub-contractors, ensuring they meet the required standards
- Evaluate products and suppliers according to key business criteria. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions with suppliers and Electrical subcontractors.
- Coordinate technical requirements between suppliers and technical office/consultant.
- Prepare prices comparison between suppliers and subcontractors for final selection.
- Arrange required submittals with the selected supplier.
- Prepare and issuing purchase orders and agreements and/or contracts.
- Follow up deliverables and suppliers invoices and payments with finance team.
- Monitor suppliers and Electrical sub-contractors performance and resolving issues and concerns during orders executing until finishing activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in construction sector inside Egypt with minimum Experience 4-5 years in same job.
- Experience in using ERP/Oracle system or any equivalent procurement processing system.
- Fluency in English Language is a must,
