Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all contract-related activities from tendering and award to execution and close-out
- Draft, review, and negotiate main contracts, subcontracts, and amendments
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and project specifications
- Lead the preparation and evaluation of claims, variations, and EOT (Extension of Time) requests
- Identify contractual risks and support in developing mitigation strategies
- Provide contractual guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and legal teams on contractual matters
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all contract-related communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in EPC / energy / infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms
- Solid experience in claims management and dispute resolution
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
