Export Sales Specialist At Dakahlia Group

About the job

  • Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients, distributors, and agents.
  • Manage the full export sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and agreements.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipments.
  • Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in export sales or international business.
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
