About the job
- Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients, distributors, and agents.
- Manage the full export sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Handle export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in export sales or international business.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
