Facility Section Head At Tepco


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and manage multi-site facility teams, including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
  • Oversee daily facility operations across all locations, ensuring consistency in service delivery and performance standards.
  • Supervise site facility representatives and ensure effective planning, execution, and reporting of activities.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor facility-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and service quality.
  • Review and manage facility-related procurement requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure full implementation and adherence to occupational health & safety (OHS) standards and regulations.
  • Oversee site security measures in coordination with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe environment.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on operational performance, maintenance activities, and project status.
  • Support budget planning, cost control, and optimization of facility-related expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline is mandatory).
  • 7–10 years of experience in facility management or maintenance, including at least 4–6 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in building systems, utilities, and industrial facility operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across multiple sites.
  • Solid experience in project management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in CMMS/CAFM systems and technical reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and industrial safety practices.
