Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in sadat city
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, establishing strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Key duties include conducting product presentations, managing the sales process, providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, and working collaboratively with the team to support company goals. The Sales Specialist will also offer training to customers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster client relationships effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills in Training and the ability to guide customers effectively on product usage and benefits.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience in renewable energy, irrigation, or well solutions industries is an advantage.
