Description:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planners
- Build and manage supply and replenishment plans
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts/excess
- Align with procurement, production, demand planning, and logistics
- Monitor KPIs (availability, inventory health, service level)
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in supply planning or supply chain, with some team leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills and Excel/ERP expertise
- Background in retail or FMCG preferred
- Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
