📌 Key Responsibilities
📌 Oversee and manage all warehouse operations across 4 warehouses including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
📌 Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse teams to ensure high productivity and efficiency
📌 Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock audits
📌 Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices
📌 Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security standards
📌 Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
📌 Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior management
📌 Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

🧩 Job Requirements
🧩 Experience managing multiple warehouse locations is a strong advantage
🧩 Strong leadership experience managing large teams and warehouse operations
🧩 In-depth knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices
🧩 Experience with ERP systems
