Role Summary:
The Warehouse Specialist plays a critical role in bridging the gap between warehouse operations and live event execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets—from meticulous inventory tracking and storage maintenance to the strategic mobilization of equipment to and from event sites.
Responsibilities
- Record, count, and store the items at the company’s warehouses.
- Finalizing and drafting the mandatory forms and steps for each transaction, either dispatching or receiving.
- Update the stock list with each transaction, either dispatching or receiving.
- Record and report the damage while receiving the items back from sites.
- Arranging warehouses and keeping the storage conditions well and organized.
- Take the necessary actions and arrange the shipments dispatching according to the project manager’s requests.
- Report the maintenance requests for the items or transfer them into raw material again if there is no need for them.
- Following up on the assigned tasks for the workers and supervisors.
- Provide and bring the needed workers and technicians according to the workload after approval of the warehouse head.
- Completing the full stock count lists within the stated periods.
- Shipping the items from warehouses to sites.
- Evacuate the items from sites back to warehouses after recording them and recording their conditions.
- Plan the shipments according to the events’ needs and the workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce and supply chain or relevant fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software or Excel.
- Ability to lead a team and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse environments is a must.
- Knowledge and experience in events management is advance.
