Role Summary:

The Warehouse Specialist plays a critical role in bridging the gap between warehouse operations and live event execution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets—from meticulous inventory tracking and storage maintenance to the strategic mobilization of equipment to and from event sites.

Responsibilities

• Record, count, and store the items at the company’s warehouses.
• Finalizing and drafting the mandatory forms and steps for each transaction, either dispatching or receiving.
• Update the stock list with each transaction, either dispatching or receiving.
• Record and report the damage while receiving the items back from sites.
• Arranging warehouses and keeping the storage conditions well and organized.
• Take the necessary actions and arrange the shipments dispatching according to the project manager’s requests.
• Report the maintenance requests for the items or transfer them into raw material again if there is no need for them.
• Following up on the assigned tasks for the workers and supervisors.
• Provide and bring the needed workers and technicians according to the workload after approval of the warehouse head.
• Completing the full stock count lists within the stated periods.
• Shipping the items from warehouses to sites.
• Evacuate the items from sites back to warehouses after recording them and recording their conditions.
• Plan the shipments according to the events’ needs and the workload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce and supply chain or relevant fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software or Excel.
• Ability to lead a team and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures in warehouse environments is a must.
• Knowledge and experience in events management is advance.
