The Production Engineer designs and optimizes manufacturing processes using advanced machinery, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring high-quality wooden products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve production processes on CNC and woodworking lines.
• Prepare work instructions and machine operation programs.
• Monitor daily production efficiency and analyze bottlenecks.
• Participate in production planning and material requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement programs (Lean Manufacturing).
• Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve production issues.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production within wooden furniture manufacturing. • Strong experience in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Fluent English.
