Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/factory environments, to manage shipments, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track shipments
Book carriers and manage freight forwarders
Handle shipping documents and customs processes
Communicate with factories and suppliers for timely delivery
Resolve shipment issues (delays, damages, shortages)
Maintain shipment records and prepare reports (Excel)
Ensure compliance with logistics and import/export regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
3–4 years experience in logistics (factory/manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of shipping & customs
Good Excel skills
Strong coordination and communication skills
