Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Supervisor located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain operations, including international shipping handling, clearances handling, inventory management, procurement planning, and logistics coordination. The role involves analyzing operational processes, developing strategies for optimization, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent customer service delivery by meeting client requirements efficiently. The Supply Chain Supervisor will also ensure compliance with company standards and policies while playing a critical role in contributing to operational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize supply chain operations
- Operations Management and Inventory Management experience
- Proven Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Experienced in international shipping and clearnces is a MUST
- Excellent Communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration and vendor interactions
- Knowledge in logistics systems, procurement, and supply chain software is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in water treatment or related industries is a plus
