Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The role entails maintaining and enhancing client relationships by understanding their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include using CRM tools to analyze customer data, support sales initiatives, and identify opportunities for growth. The CRM Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, manage customer projects, and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and retention. Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills and expertise in developing client engagement strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with clients and internal teams
- Proven Project Management skills for handling customer initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of services
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and derive actionable insights for improvement
- Experience in Sales strategies and techniques to support client growth and retention
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
