- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the heavy industries sector.
- Understand customer needs from reading the engineering drawings in details and analyze it
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions from the company’s product portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and account status.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
