Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze tender documents for projects in Egypt and KSA.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs in coordination with supply chain and costing teams.
- Collect and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare technical-commercial clarifications (non-technical scope).
- Support preparation of commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Identify risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate with projects, finance, and supply chain for accurate pricing.
- Maintain tender records and provide reports to management.
