  • Overview: As a Parts Stock Controller, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless flow and accurate management of our extensive range of automotive spare parts. Your expertise will directly contribute to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and overall business success. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring every part is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Proactively manage and optimize inventory levels for all automotive spare parts, implementing best practices in Stock Control and Inventory Analysis.
    • Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of Spare Parts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining impeccable data integrity within ERP Systems.
    • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, identify potential shortages, and manage surplus inventory effectively.
    • Implement and refine Warehouse Management strategies to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
    • Engage in Vendor Management activities, monitoring supplier performance and ensuring timely delivery and quality of parts.
    • Identify and implement improvements in Logistics Operations and Supply Chain Optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports using Data Analysis techniques to inform strategic decisions.
  • Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Stock Control principles, deep knowledge of Automotive Spare Parts, and proven expertise in Inventory Analysis. Proficiency with modern ERP Systems is essential, alongside excellent skills in Data AnalysisWarehouse Management, and Logistics Operations. Your ability to excel in Supply Chain Optimization and Vendor Management will be key to your success.
