Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Experience Specialist. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The Customer Experience Specialist will work closely with other teams to gather and act on customer feedback while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to calls and emails, monitoring customer interactions, and identifying areas for service improvement. Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to use CRM tools and systems, as well as basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple customer interactions and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Team collaboration skills while also being able to work autonomously when required.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
- Background in customer relations, business, or a related field is an advantage.
