Air Logistics Sales Representative At Kuehne+Nagel

How you create impact

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the air logistics business unit through active hunting, lead generation, and networking
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of medium-sized accounts by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored air logistics solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers
  • Identify and drive upselling, cross-selling, and business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility of opportunities and accurate forecasting
  • Lead and support RFQs and tenders, ensuring compliance with sales guidelines, phases, and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality customer, opportunity, and stakeholder data in the systems
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to maximize engagement and increase business conversion

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within logistics or freight forwarding
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing medium-sized customer accounts
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of air logistics products, solutions, and commercial processes
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, RFQs, and tender processes
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Willingness to travel when required
