At Aswaq Developments, we are looking for a skilled Cost Estimation Engineer with solid experience in MEP systems to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimations for projects٠
-Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs٠
-Ensure proper and competitive pricing
Study market prices and obtain supplier quotations٠
-Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil teams٠
-Provide detailed cost breakdowns and financial analysis٠
-Support tendering and bidding processes٠
-Collaborate with the procurement team for supplier selection and pricing٠
-Propose value engineering and cost optimization solutions٠
-Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors/vendors when required
Ensure cost estimations comply with project standards, codes, and specifications٠
🔹 Requirements:-
-Solid knowledge of MEP systems
Ability to read and analyze drawings & technical specifications٠

-Strong analytical and numerical skills
-Good understanding of market prices and construction materials.
-6–8 years of experience in cost estimation.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.

🔹 Preferred Background:
-Experience in construction or contracting companies.
-Strong communication and coordination skills.
-Experience working on commercial malls, villas, and luxury finishing projects.
