HMTO for Food industries looking for talented professionals to join our team in the following position:
# Wholesale_Sales_Supervisor (Cairo & Giza Regions)

We are hiring 2 Wholesale Sales Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
– Monitor and develop sales team performance through field coaching and training.
– Plan and execute sales and distribution strategies within the assigned territory.
– Ensure product availability and maintain proper stock levels at retail outlets.
– Collect and analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
– Follow up on collections and ensure customer compliance with payment terms.
– Monitor competitors and provide recommendations to improve market share.
– Enforce company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Wholesale sales supervision, at FMCG or food industries Mainly.
– Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
– Good knowledge of retail markets in Egypt.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
