Warehouses Manager At Covertina

Job Purpose :
To lead and control all warehousing operations across the company and to ensuring inventory accuracy, FEFO compliance, food safety standards, and on-time supply to production and customers with minimum cost and zero stock losses.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for 4 warehouses: Raw Materials , Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, Spare Parts & Chemicals
• Ensure daily implementation of receiving, put-away, storage, picking, issuing, dispatching
• Plan and manage daily production material supply as per production plan
• Achieve OTIF supply to production lines > 99.5%
• Manage finished goods dispatch to sales DCs and export shipments
• Own inventory accuracy – Target: 99.9% through daily cycle counts and monthly wall-to-wall counts
• Implement and enforce FEFO / FIFO strictly for all food raw materials
• Monitor shelf-life alerts – No expired materials in stock, highlight near-expiry (6-3-1 months)
• Control stock levels, reorder points, slow-moving and dead stock
• Investigate and close all stock variances with root cause
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, BRC, Halal requirements inside warehouses
• Ensure proper storage conditions: Temperature, humidity, pest control, allergen segregation
• Lead team of Warehouse Supervisors, Storekeepers, Forklift Drivers, Helpers
• Control warehouse costs: Labor, forklift rental/diesel, pallets, consumables
• Control write-offs due to poor storage/handling to < 0.1%Prepare monthly warehousing cost report and budget vs actual
• Full responsibility for HSE inside warehouses: Forklift safety, LOTO, fire system, pedestrian safetyEnsure zero accidents, zero near-miss repeated
  Qualifications & Requirements
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain
• Experience:12-15 years in Warehousing, 5+ years as Warehouses Manager in FMCG / Food / Confectionery
