About Us:

As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Middle Mile team and ensure smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient sorting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations related to Middle Mile activities, stock movement, inventory, and sorting.
• Monitor and control stock movement between inbound, sorting, storage, and outbound areas.
• Ensure accurate receiving, counting, sorting, scanning, and dispatching of shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper system updates for all stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies, missing items, and damaged shipments.
• Ensure shipments are properly sorted and allocated according to destination, route, or delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth movement of shipments.
• Monitor daily operational KPIs related to sorting accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and shipment flow.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, scanning, and storage of products and shipments.
• Prepare daily operational reports and highlight any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain.
• Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment centers, or Middle Mile operations is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of inventory management, stock control, and sorting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, warehouse-based environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
