Warehouse Specialist – Wind Energy Project

📍 Location: Ras Ghareb

Goldwind Egypt is seeking an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support our wind turbine operations at the Ras Ghareb Wind Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination for turbine materials and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

Materials Management

• Manage warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Ensure accuracy of material quantities and proper documentation.

Inbound & Outbound Records

• Maintain detailed records for all inbound and outbound materials, including item description, specifications, quantity, and batch numbers.

Inventory Control

• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports.

Warehouse Safety & Organization

• Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficiently arranged.

System & Coordination

• Use SAP Materials Management (MM) system to track materials and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to resolve supply issues.

Logistics & Customs Support

• Assist in coordinating spare parts imports and logistics operations.
• Support customs clearance procedures to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Project Warehouse Management

• Manage materials and spare parts for project warehouses and support reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Experience handling wind turbine materials or spare parts is highly preferred.
• Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Experience using SAP or similar inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of logistics and customs clearance processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy or wind turbine projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a project site environment.
