Warehouse & Planning Manager At AJE Group

𝐀𝐉𝐄 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐄𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟

AJE Group Egypt is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Planning Manager to join our team in Giza.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, loading, dispatch, and returns.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock availability, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels, aging items, shortages, damages, and inventory variances.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Develop warehouse capacity plans and improve storage utilization and material flow.
• Track operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, loading efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, food safety, security, and HSE requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and planning teams.
• Drive process-improvement initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
  𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse, planning, or supply chain operations is must.
• FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume distribution experience is preferred.
• Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems, inventory management, and advanced Excel reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPM certification is preferred.
