A leading company in the Food Manufacturing Industry is currently hiring:

🔹 Warehouse Manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in warehouse management.
• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing / Frozen Food Industry is a MUST.
• Strong experience in managing Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Goods, Spare Parts, and Cold Storage Warehouses.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and annual stocktaking.
• Strong understanding of FIFO / FEFO systems, shelf-life management, and product traceability.
• Experience in handling frozen and temperature-controlled storage operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse transactions, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lead warehouse teams, set KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple warehouse activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, including frozen products.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, and reconciliation of warehouse records.
• Implement and maintain FIFO / FEFO practices and inventory control procedures.
• Supervise cycle counts, physical inventory, and stock investigations.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse operational standards.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve storage efficiency.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Prepare warehouse reports, KPIs, and management reports.
