Location: 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt
Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Department: Warehouse & Logistics
Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibility :

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory control, and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, GDP, MOH, and GOVS requirements specific to veterinary pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure storage areas meet all hygiene, pest control, and facility requirements as per GMP.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Commercial departments for smooth material flow
• Supervise and coach warehouse personnel to maintain productivity, discipline, and safety standards

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Veterinary pharma experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of GMP, GDP, MOH, and veterinary-specific handling regulations. Experience with audits (e.g., MOH, WHO, GOVS).
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and WMS. Strong knowledge of cold chain, barcoding, and warehouse validation processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical thinking, planning, and execution.
