• ​Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management (Industrial background is preferred).
• ​Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• ​Technical Skills: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems ERP software.
• ​Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• ​Operations Oversight: Directing daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
• ​Inventory Control: Managing stock levels and ensuring 100% inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
• ​Team Management: Monitoring staff performance and providing necessary training and guidance.
• ​Safety & Compliance: Implementing strict safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and OH&S standards.
• ​Cross-functional Coordination: Liaising with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
