We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in the #food_manufacturing industry.
Location: 6th of October City
Experience: 10–12 years
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Required)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels while minimizing losses and waste.
Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with GMP, FIFO/FEFO, food safety, and HSE standards.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
10–12 years of warehouse experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
