Responsibilities

  • Set the Department KPI’s for all business-related functions of the Factory W/H.
  • Manage the Factory W/H’s Utilization, and material Expiry Management system
  • Unify and assure complying Factory W/H’s with the department Policies and procedures.
  • Manage the continues training and improvement of the team against New and Updated W/H techniques.
  • Manage the W/H capacity and measure the accuracy and speed of raw & Packaging Material unloading and Finish Goods Loading
  • Manage the continuous improvement and Maintenance of the W/H tools and machines.
  • Manage the Head count, over time, new hiring interview and all related HR issues the Factory W/H team.
  • Manage all related internal Audit findings and take all the required actions to close it with all departments.
  • Comply the Factory W/H’s with all Health and safety Regulations and requirements.
  • Comply the Factory W/H’s with all the quality and pest control requirements.
  • Manage the Replenish of spare parts and consumable materials stock
  • Assure the Accuracy of physical Inventory count VS. ERP System stock and all ERP transactions.
  • Manage the accuracy of Pascual scale and regular maintenance take place
  • Manage the Pallets movement inside factory
  • Manage loading of product to meet the agreed schedules, while observing stock rotation procedures as well as to ensure FIFO standard is implemented to minimize and eliminate defects to reach the committed target.
  • Ensure all warehouse infra-structure are well maintained.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce or industrial engineering
  • 8-10 years of experience in Warehousing Field including at least 5 years in same field
