We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multinational manufacturer of fish feed located in 6th of October City, Egypt , for the following position:

Position: Warehouse Lead

Reporting to : Supply chain Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Raw Materials and Finished Goods warehouse in one location, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
Lead and motivate a warehouse team , assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting and stock control across raw materials and finished goods.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and operational processes by implementing best practices in material handling, storage, and workflow efficiency.
Drive warehouse efficiency and cost control by monitoring KPIs, reducing waste, and maximizing resource utilization.
Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and smooth product dispatch.
Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement strategic improvements to enhance warehouse productivity, efficiency, and overall operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the Animal Feed or FMCG industries.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in improving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and driving operational excellence.
Preferred residence: 6th of October City
