🎯 Job Objective:
Supervise and manage warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and timely delivery of finished goods in compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and food safety requirements.
📦 Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead daily warehouse and dispatch operations
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of products
Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock takes
Coordinate with operations for loading and shipment preparation
Manage dispatch schedules to meet customer and project requirements
Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards
Report and resolve operational discrepancies
🛠️ Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory control
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets
