Tendering Engineer At United for Aviation

We’re Hiring: Tenders & Contracts Engineer

📍 Location: Obour City, Egypt (Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Obour City)

🛫 Industry: Aviation Infrastructure & Heliports

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, submit, and follow up on tenders, technical and financial proposals, and price offers.
• Review tender documents and assess administrative, legal, technical, and financial requirements.
• Monitor tender platforms, submit applications, and ensure the company is registered on relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, legal, finance) for comprehensive bid submissions.
• Communicate effectively with clients to meet project requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Oversee contract execution, ensuring adherence to agreed terms.
• Identify and mitigate contract risks, resolving disputes when necessary.
• Maintain and update the database of suppliers and contractors.
• Generate periodic reports on tenders, contracts, and project status.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔️ bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields).

✔️2-5 years of experience in tenders and contracts management.

✔️ Strong knowledge of contract laws and tendering procedures.

✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with Primavera is a plus.

✔️ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

✔️ Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

✔️ Strong time management.
