Telesales Agent At TAQA Arabia

TAQA Arabia is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our Sales of WAQOOD in Egypt. This full-time position involves handling both outbound and inbound sales calls, promoting our services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Conducting outbound/ Inbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote TAQA Arabia services.
– Handling customer inquiries professionally and converting leads into sales opportunities.
– Clearly explaining products, offers, and service benefits.
– Achieving assigned sales targets and KPIs monthly.
– Maintaining and updating customer information on CRM systems.
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.
– Addressing customer objections and providing suitable solutions.
– Coordinating with internal departments regarding customer requests.
– Preparing reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
– Attending occasional site visits when required.
– Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely.

Qualifications & Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, or customer service roles.
– A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
– Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
– Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision.
– Male candidates only.

Work Conditions:
– Work from home model with occasional site visits based on business needs.
– Rotational shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
– One day off per week based on shift schedule.
