Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Technical Support Professional. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, offering strategic technical guidance, and maintaining thorough documentation of support requests and resolutions. The Technical Support Professional will also collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Access Control and Access Automation solutions.

Handle system installation, configuration, and implementation at client sites.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently (remote & on-site).

Deliver user training and technical guidance to clients.

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation plans.

Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:

Bachelorโs degree in Electrical, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Low Current systems.

Strong background in Access Control & Parking systems, Turnstile, and Arm Barriers.

Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Systems, and BMS is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
