Technical Procurement Manager
Job description:
– Collect and analyze data to ensure the company is making the best decisions
– Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure advantageous terms.
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors and suppliers.
– Promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
– Source and engage reliable suppliers and contractors.
– Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
– Review existing contracts with contractors and suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
– Issue purchase orders, organize and confirm delivery of goods and services.
– Oversee and manage follow up that track orders, and the supply of goods.
– Prepare procurement reports.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
– Proven experience managing supply chain operations in Real Estate with minimum experience of seven years
– In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
– Management and leadership skills.
– Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
