Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Planning & Optimization:
Collaborate with the executive management and supply chain team to develop comprehensive
supply chain plans and strategies, particularly within the seats division.
Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to optimize inventory levels, ensuring sufficient
stock availability while minimizing excess inventory costs.
Identify potential risks and disruptions in the supply chain and propose contingency plans to
maintain smooth operations.
Demand Planning:
Lead demand planning activities to accurately forecast future requirements for seat
manufacturing.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather data and insights for demand
projections.
Implement demand forecasting models and techniques to improve accuracy and align
production schedules with customer needs.
Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure demand plans are
aligned with production capacities and market demands.
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and components required for
seat manufacturing.
Negotiate favorable contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and
adherence to quality standards.
Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular assessments to drive continuous
