♻️ Role Objective
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is designed for a promising professional looking to build a career within the pharmaceutical supply chain sector.
♻️ Key Responsibilities :
● Assist in coordinating procurement activities and monitoring inventory levels.
● Liaise with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
● Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and inventory data using ERP systems/Excel.
● Support the department in optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs.
● Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and inventory status.
♻️ Job Requirements :
● Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, or Commerce (English Section).
● Experience :
0 to 1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
● Age :
Not exceeding 35 years old.
● Technical Skills :
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
● Gender :
Male (Required due to operational and field requirements).
● Language :
Very good command of English.
●Skills :
Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
