Job Responsibilities:
1-Receive and process purchase orders from different Sales Divisions through SAP.
2-Place orders with suppliers while ensuring full coordination with Regulatory, Customs Clearance, and Finance departments.
3-Follow up with suppliers regarding product availability, order status, and lead times.
4-Negotiate freight charges and insurance terms with freight forwarders and insurance companies.
5-Coordinate and follow up on shipments with the relevant Sales Divisions.
Ensure timely receipt and proper handling of shipping documents and forward them to the designated personnel.
6-Monitor shipments and ensure that consignments arrive safely and intact at the company’s warehouses.
7-Maintain effective communication and coordination with all relevant internal and external parties throughout the purchasing and shipping process.

Qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in import, or logistics in the same industry).
3-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4-Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
5-Good knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation, and customs clearance processes.
6-Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and external suppliers.
