Beta Contracting is hiring the following position :
Job title: Supply Chain Specialist
Qualification :
Procurement Execution:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, vendor selection, PO issuance, and delivery tracking.
Supplier Management:
Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and build relationships to ensure reliable supply chains.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement timelines with project milestones.
Cost & Risk Management:
Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks to support project budgets and deadlines.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Applied Art or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in a project-based or contract role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with contract terms and sourcing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Personal Care, manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
