Job Summary
Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure cost control and efficiency across all supply chain activities
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
• Handle demand planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management (preferably in FMCG or cosmetics)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
