Position As the Supply Chain Manager, you will
- Oversee production and finished goods supply by managing production and shipping schedules in line with inputs from Marketing, Commercial Planning, and GSC
- Monitor finished goods warehouse levels in close coordination with Warehousing, ensuring optimal inventory coverage and availability
- Resolve demand and supply mismatches by aligning stakeholders and driving timely plan updates based on identified outcomes
- Manage shelf life risks and quality control activities by ensuring compliance with QMS requirements, product testing standards, and extension management processes
- Monitor NTM levels across all SKUs, proactively identifying and escalating any potential write-off risks with clear mitigating actions
- Coordinate logistics operations by aligning shipment schedules, bookings, routes, and sourcing locations to support uninterrupted supply
- Track in-transit inventory and continuously update inventory projections to reflect shipment movements and changes
- Optimize logistics costs by monitoring and managing expenses such as demurrage, detention, and port charges
- Ensure robust controls and reporting by reconciling physical stock, sales, and financial systems on a monthly basis in collaboration with Internal Controls and Warehousing
- Produce accurate and timely monthly reports covering finished goods inventory coverage, shelf life status, production pipeline, write-offs, and ad-hoc supply chain topics
- Collaborate with FP&A and Commercial Planning to plan, monitor, and manage cash flow impacts related to inventory positions and import schedules
- Ensure cash flow considerations are embedded into commercial proposals and adequately assessed with FP&A and Management
- Lead the monthly demand planning cycle by organizing cross-functional meetings, highlighting demand updates, risks, and agreed action points
Requirements
- University degree in management, business, supply chain, or logistics is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role related to supply chain management within the FMCG industry
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Office tools
- Solid experience in production planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain reporting
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Structured, proactive, and able to take ownership of complex supply chain topics with a high level of accountability
