Position: Supply Chain Manager
Department: Supply Chain / Procurement
Reports To: Operations Director / CEO

📍 Location: Heliopolis (Misr El-Gedida)

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations across the pharmacy group. This includes procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution to ensure product availability, cost efficiency,
The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing shortages and expiries, and building strong relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and distributors.
🔹 Job Requirements:
1. Procurement & Supplier Management
Manage procurement of pharmaceutical products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements.
Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
2. Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels across all pharmacy branches.
Ensure availability of fast-moving and essential items.
Reduce expiries, overstocking, and stock shortages.
Implement inventory control systems and best practices.
3. Warehousing & Distribution
Oversee warehouse operations including storage and handling of products.
Ensure proper distribution to branches in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with storage conditions.
4. Demand Planning & Forecasting
Analyze sales data to forecast demand accurately.
Coordinate with commercial and operations teams for planning.
Adjust procurement plans based on seasonality and trends.
5. Logistics & Operations
Manage logistics and transportation processes.
Optimize delivery routes and reduce distribution costs.
Ensure efficient supply chain flow from suppliers to branches.
6. Performance Monitoring
Track key KPIs such as:
Stock availability
Inventory turnover
Order fulfillment rate
Supply chain costs
Prepare reports and insights for senior management.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
5–8 years of experience in supply chain or procurement (preferably in pharmacy or FMCG)
Experience in pharmacy chains or pharmaceutical distribution is a strong plus

🕒 Working Schedule:

From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

5 working days / 2 days off
