Supply Chain Leader / Supervisor At Food basket Egypt
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Leader / Supervisor to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on daily supply chain operations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability according to production requirements.
Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier commitments.
Ensure timely movement and availability of materials and products.
Identify operational issues and take immediate action to resolve them.
Monitor stock movement and investigate shortages, delays, or discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze supply chain reports and KPIs.
Follow up on daily activities and ensure proper execution of the supply chain plan.
Develop and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
Lead and support the team, while being directly involved in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferably based in Giza.
